The Muslim Brotherhood of Jordan announced that the two armed men who crossed into Israel and were killed by the Israeli army on Friday 10/18 were members of the brotherhood.
The two attackers were “members of the brotherhood and always participated in events supporting Gaza and the resistance,” faction spokesman Moad al-Hawaldeh said a day after Israel said it had killed Palestinian Hamas leader Yahya Shinwar.
The Israeli military earlier said it had identified “a number of suspects” who had crossed the border from Jordan, south of the Dead Sea.
“Soldiers were deployed in the area and two terrorists who had opened fire on them were neutralized,” the statement said.
