Jordan Larsson signs permanent deal with FC Copenhagen until 2027

Already yesterday, there were reports that FC Copenhagen were eager to bring in Jordan Larsson on a permanent transfer.

The 25-year-old, who was loaned to the Danish club last winter, will now stay. The contract is written until 2027.

– We are satisfied that Jordan Larsson is staying here at FCK and sees his future with us, says sporting director Peter Christiansen.

Head coach Jacob Neestrup on the signing:

– Jordan is a strong offensive choice for us, he offers many options offensively, says Neestrup according to the club’s website.

How much Copenhagen will have to pay for the striker is still unclear. Ekstra Bladet has previously stated that the purchase option was 2-2.5 million euros, corresponding to 23-28 million Swedish kronor.

During the loan, Larsson accounted for six goals in 16 matches in FCK.

The forward has earlier in his career played for teams such as AIK, IFK Norrköping, Helsingborgs IF, NEC Nijmegen and Spartak Moscow.
