The Indonesian player showed promising developments in the test match against the Belgian club.
Indonesian young player Bagus Kahfi contributed two goals when Jong Utrecht beat his guest which is the Belgian Nationale 1 club, La Louviere Centre, in a test match at the Zoudenbalch Sportcomplex field, Friday (3/9) night WIB.
Jong Utrecht and La Louviere showed open play after the referee blew the kick-off whistle. Both teams did not want to waste time by directly putting pressure on their respective opponent’s defenses.
The hosts finally opened the scoring first through the execution of Bagus’s penalty when the game had only been running for four minutes. The referee awarded a penalty following a violation of the La Louviere player’s heng in the forbidden box.

After the goal, Jong Utrecht came under constant pressure from La Louviere. However, the final completion of the club equivalent to the League 3 team in Indonesia is not very good, so it is difficult to equalize the position.
However, a defender from La Louvire’s blunder allowed Imanuel Bonsu to steal the ball and pass it to Mee Rijks who was free-standing without an escort, so that without difficulty, it meant breaking into the visitors’ goal in the 28th minute.
La Louviere’s efforts to reduce the gap finally materialized in the 34th minute through a free kick that goalkeeper Jord Ruijgrok could not anticipate, so the ball lodged in his net.
But two minutes later, Jong Utrecht again increased the advantage to 3-1. Starting from Rijks’ kick which was blocked by the goalkeeper, Bagus then chased a wild ball. Bagus’s shot was blocked, but the player who previously strengthened Barito Putera again chased the ball, and struck it into the goal.
Two minutes before the first half ended, Jong Utrecht further widened their advantage. Elijah Velland’s cross from the right side of the attack was struck by Rijk, thus changing the position to 4-1.
