Jonathan Majors’ lawyer has a witness and video footage that would prove the actor is innocent in the assault case against him. A woman claims that the American Marvel actor hit her.
A man who drove Majors around and allegedly saw the incident in question is willing to testify. The video footage would show that the woman had started walking without injuries after the incident.
Majors, 33, was arrested at the end of March for an alleged domestic dispute with a 33-year-old woman. The woman suffered minor injuries to her head and neck. She also claims that her finger was broken from the incident.
The lawyer of the Creed IIIactor said shortly after the arrest that she had evidence that Majors is “completely innocent”. According to the lawyer, Majors himself was the victim of the dispute.
The witness would be willing to state that Majors never hit the woman, but she did scratch and hit him. The video footage would show that the woman operated her phone without difficulty after the incident, which would show that her finger was not broken.
After the incident, the woman would have sent messages to Majors. In it, she would not have made any accusations or mentioned her alleged injuries.
Management cut ties with Majors
According to magazine Variety more women have come forward who say they have been abused by Majors. Earlier this week, the actor’s management cut all ties with him.
Majors is known from the Marvel series, among other things Loki, in which he plays the villain Kang. He also plays this role in the new one Ant-Man-movie. It was recently announced that the actor will be starring in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. The action movie will be released in 2025.
