Jon Olsson opens up about the divorce in the season finale of “Renée’s Bridge”
The time has come for the eighth and final episode of Renée’s bridge 2024 i TV4 and on TV4 Play. A fantastic finale is offered with guests such as the entrepreneur, the skier and the YouTuber Jon Olssonthe actor, comedian, singer and all of Sweden’s favorite clown Eva Rydbergand last but not least the illusionist and comedian Carl-Einar Häckner.

Jon Olsson on the divorce with Janni Delér: “Super tough!”
It was at the end of summer 2022 as the influencer John Share33, and Jon Olsson, 41, announced they were divorcing after eleven years together and four years married. Together they have children Leon and Leia and the news that they chose to separate shocked the fans and the reactions were strong, especially towards Janni who received a lot of hate via social media.
In the season finale of Renée’s bridge Jon opens up about what led to the divorce.
– We both traveled a lot, worked at the same thing and could travel around the world and all that. But then maybe we grew up a bit and realized that, yes, we are probably a bit too different for this to work smoothly. We realized that it is probably better that we are two happy parents who are not together but still have a very good relationship, explains Jon.
Renée asks how the time around the divorce has been for Jon
– It is clear that it has been super tough! Precisely because none of us want it to be like this. You have to explain to the children that “this is mother’s home, this is father’s home”. What’s also sad is people’s reactions and they kind of have to make up their own “that’s happened” and yes, it’s sad, Jon replies.
