Jon Bon Jovi avoided a tragedy on a bridge on Wednesday Nashville (Tennessee) by persuading a woman, who appeared to be planning to take her own life, to return to safety. The American singer was filming a music video on the Seigenthaler pedestrian bridge.
The moment was captured on video, initially posted by police on YouTube but later removed. The footage showed a woman in a blue shirt on the other side of the bridge railing, her arms clinging to it. The incident occurred on the Seigenthaler pedestrian bridge, which spans the Cumberland River, according to a message posted by Nashville police on social media site X. Bon Jovi and a video production assistant intervened.
