TRIBUNNEWS. COM, JAKARTA – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) issued Government Regulation (PP) Number 94 of 2021 concerning Discipline for Civil Servants (PNS).
This PP replaces the disciplinary rules civil servant in PP No. 53 of 2010.
Article 3 of PP 94/2021 regulates the obligations and prohibitions as a person civil servant, among which are:
a. loyal and fully obedient to Pancasila, the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Government;
b. maintaining the association and unity of the nation;
c. implement policies set by authorized government officials;

d. comply with the provisions of legislation;
e. carry out official duties with full dedication, honesty, awareness, and responsibility;
f. show integrity and exemplary in attitude, behavior, speech, and actions to everyone, both inside and outside the service;
