For information, the Trans Sumatra toll road project is targeted to continue without breaking from Lampung to Aceh in 2024. However, this target will certainly not be achieved.

Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Kartika Wirjoatmodjo said that the project was postponed due to lack of capital to build a number of Trans Sumatra toll roads.
