Jokowi Reminds Danger of Family Clusters, Covid-19 Can Also Be Contagious at Home

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.comPresident Joko Widodo reminded that the corona virus ( Covid-19) can also be transmitted in a family home.

For this reason, he asked the public to remain careful and pay attention to health protocols while at home to prevent the spread of transmission through family cluster.

He also asked his staff to find solutions to reduce Covid-19 transmission through family clusters.

“Because what we always chase after is public places, public places, but we forget that now we have to be careful in the clusters I mentioned earlier, the family cluster,” he said.

In addition to the family cluster, Jokowi also warned about the dangers of office clusters. According to him, office workers are generally only careful and apply health protocols when traveling to the office.

However, upon arrival at the office, health protocols such as wearing masks and maintaining distance are often forgotten.

“On the way into the office we also feel safe, so we also forget to be in the health protocol office,” he said.
