Capital Ukraine, Kyiv is being bombarded by Russia. In the midst of this hot situation, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is planned to visit Kyiv in his series of visits to Europe. Will Jokowi still visit there?
Spokesman for the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Teuku Faizasyah, responded to the situation Kyiv which heats up. Currently, his party is still waiting for news from the advance team who was already there.
“We are waiting for news from the Aju team. The Aju team is an advance team that is already ahead in Ukraine,” he told detikcom, Sunday (26/6/2022).
When asked whether the adjudication team would decide on the continuation of President Jokowi’s plan to Kyiv, Teuku could not conclude that. According to him, the final decision rests with the core delegation.
“I do not conclude that, they gave a report from the field. The final decision of the core delegation,” he said.
