In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, this Wednesday Shape Up NYC will teach fitness classes at the Highbridge Recreation Center in Manhattan.
The activity will function as a silent disco, meaning that each participant must wear neon headphones, and it will be completely free.
One of the classes will be Zumba, a fusion of Latin, international and popular music themes with an exciting and physical conditioning system.
Additionally, there will be a Stront Nation session, a modality where you will combine bodyweight movements, muscle conditioning, cardio and synchronized plyometric training, with original music for each movement.
How to participate in silent disco classes
The Highbridge Recreation Center, location of the activity, is located at 2301 Amsterdam Avenue.
Remember to bring your sports clothing, water and your neon headphones. As it is a silent disco, it is essential that you have them to participate.
The event ends at 8:00 p.m.
