The Youth Equality Associations Department is responsible for implementing the public policies and strategic orientations of Rennes City and Metropolis in the areas of community life, youth and equality. Within the directorate, the Youth Mission provides support for the projects of associations in relation to youth information, support for student life and projects, youth initiatives, youth engagement and the promotion of expression of young people.
As a follow-up officer, you support young people to promote their commitment, autonomy and integration.
You implement the Citizens’ Workcamps system (planning, logistics, budget monitoring, communication. You also participate in the monitoring of municipal and associative projects (Youth Cooperatives, Jobs in Rennes, etc.) which promote the commitment of young people. You support the development of the Youth Resources platform of Rennes Métropole.
