Within the South Regional Directorate covering the departments of Aude (11), Pyrénées-Orientales (66), Hérault (34), Gard (30), Lozère (48), Aveyron (12 ), we are recruiting as part of our Alternance 2023 campaign.
DURING THE ALTERNATIVE TRAINING PERIOD
During the periods of application in the company, in general, you participate in the daily activity of an operating territory and come in support of a local service manager. As such, you intervene on various subjects related to team coordination, operational performance, optimization of quality, safety and environment procedures and business development.
Specifically for this position, you will join the Consumer Department of the Gard-Lozère Territory and you will support the manager on all of her areas of intervention: follow-up of unpaid bills, complaints, support for account managers, etc.
PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS
During your training and within the framework of a work-study contract, you will be guided and accompanied by an apprenticeship master/tutor and an educational team.
The training takes place at the Veolia campus located in the Paris region. It is accessible through an apprenticeship or professionalization contract and takes place over 15 months on a work-study basis, 70% of the time in the company, 30% in training (675 hours of training or 19 weeks).
