Transkeo T12-T13 is a subsidiary of the SNCF and Keolis groups created to operate the Tram-Train lines T12 (91) and T13 (78).
The T13 line was put into operation in July 2022 and connects the towns of Saint Cyr l’Ecole to Saint Germain en Laye. As for the T12 line, its commercial launch is scheduled for December 2023 to run between Massy and Evry Courcouronnes.
It is in this context of operating the T13 line and preparing for the operation of the T12 line that Transkeo T12-T13 is looking for a line agent to join the commercial marketing and services division
As a line agent, you are the guarantor of the quality of services produced in the field and of the responsiveness of the subsidiary in terms of handling observed anomalies. You contribute to passenger information in nominal or disrupted situations and bring the subsidiary’s strategy to the field for the benefit of a fluid and homogeneous travel experience.
Missions
On the move in the field:
- Intervene online in the event of an incident (in particular for passenger support);
- Participate in feedback and sharing of best practices.
- Check daily the availability of line equipment and compliance with the quality of service
- Updating of the display in the station and on board the trains
- Advise and guide line customers, particularly in the event of a disrupted situation;
- Maintenance operations in level 1 operational conditions on certain families of equipment;
- Carry out actions related to site management, to ensure the proper functioning of equipment;
- Pay attention to compliance with safety rules for staff and passengers.
- Alert the PCC in the event of a flagrant anomaly and take immediate safeguard measures.
Daily monitoring from our offices in Versailles:
- Analysis of passenger reports via the system deployed on the line
- Analysis of passenger complaints
- Entry and monitoring of the evolution of intervention requests (maintenance of station equipment or cleanliness) in the subsidiary’s monitoring tools
Monitoring of passenger information and quality of service systems in connection with: - Management of substitutions in the event of works or disruptions
- The implementation of innovative actions for the benefit of the customer experience
Profile
You have an appetite for the customer experience and the quality of service as well as for the field and the concrete follow-up of the implementation of action plans.
You are recognized for your relational and communication skills and you enjoy being in contact with a diverse clientele.
You demonstrate adaptability, rigor and autonomy in your work (sense of anticipation, systematic reporting of anomalies noted online, vigilance in respect of service quality standards, compliance with security rules)
The line agent must have an exemplary behavior and in particular for the respect of the safety rules.
This position requires the following prerequisites:
- A Baccalaureate level diploma + experience appreciated in the service sector
- License B
Exercise conditions
Staggered schedules (2×8)
Mandatory clothing
Regular journeys on the line with, if necessary, driving motor vehicles.
