Thursday, September 21 is World Alzheimer’s Day. A day to pay attention to dementia and its impact. As every year, numerous activities are organized throughout the country. To enjoy together and to raise awareness about dementia. With this year’s theme: Together at the table. That is why Alzheimer Café Midden-Holland is organizing a special edition this month.
Did you know that no fewer than 290,000 people in the Netherlands have dementia? Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form, but there are many others. That is why it is sorely necessary to draw attention to this disease and to put people with dementia and their loved ones in the spotlight.
An evening full of Taste & Entertainment

This evening is organized by Alzheimer Café Midden-Holland and is offered free of charge for people with dementia and carers.
