WHAT TO EXPECT:
As a Communications Business Partner, you will participate in the development and deployment of the internal communications strategy for Nova Bus. Whether it is to bring the business plan to life, contribute to the promotion of the employee experience or announce organizational changes, you will work on a variety of subjects on a daily basis, in collaboration with senior management. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Director, member of the Nova Bus Management Committee, you will play an important advisory role so that internal communications contribute to Nova Bus’ culture of transparency, while helping to inspire employees in Canada and the States. -United. In addition, you will participate in various projects aimed sometimes at communicating the organization’s business plan and sometimes at mobilizing employees.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play an advisory role to the Senior Management of Nova Bus on the internal communication strategy as a whole;
- Set up personalized communication solutions adapted to the reality of the departments and the context of the organization;
- Carry out various communication projects aimed at supporting organizational changes and various initiatives by helping to strengthen the culture of transparency in place at Nova Bus;
- Plan and organize various projects aimed at strengthening employee well-being and mobilization (Annual Global Meetings in Canada and the United States, recognition activities, health and well-being initiatives);
- Write and revise texts by adapting them to the best distribution platforms and target clienteles and develop internal marketing tools to promote our various HR programs;
- Be responsible for the Nova Bus intranet page
- Ensure the brand image of Nova Bus with employees;
- Identify the right external communication providers and work with them in project mode.
REQUIRED PROFILE :
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to make connections between several events and projects in order to adapt the communication approach for the good of the employees;
- Agility to work in a fast and stimulating context in transformation;
- Rigor in the development of communication plans and content;
- Strong interest in collaborative work with multiple stakeholders in the organization.

WHAT YOU NEED :
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related discipline;
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in internal communication, as well as experience in the development of various communication strategies and tools;
- Significant experience in project management
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written;
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills;
- Ability to manage priorities and several files at the same time;
- Good knowledge of the main software of the Office Suite.
