To give continuity to the sports activity during the sunset, the Municipal Institute of Sports and Recreation (Inmudere), invites the community to participate in the exciting Night Walk “Dress yourself in Neon with a Cause 10Km”, next August 3, from at 7 pm in Playa Hermosa.
According to the Institute’s director, Víctor González Velázquez, this walk is part of the “For my health, I get active” program, which this time will be to commemorate World Breastfeeding Week, in collaboration with Ensenada Lacta.
Interested persons must register at the Inmudere offices, located in the Sullivan Sports Unit and donate a glass or plastic jar with a lid, which will be used to store, transport and preserve breast milk in the hospital lactary of the General Hospital of Ensenada .
In addition, the Night Walk seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle and the practice of physical and recreational activities in the community, which will last approximately two hours and a distance of 10 kilometers along the beach.
Another requirement is to wear neon clothing and bring a personal lamp to create a vibrant and energetic environment, as well as wear comfortable sports shoes for the tour.
