Since November 6, every Monday and Thursday, a EuroDreams draw has been organized. This is a game of chance newly launched by the FDJ and seven other European lotteries. This game promises its fans a prize pool of 7.2 million euros, paid monthly in the form of an annuity of 20,000 euros, over a period of 30 years. Like EuroMillions, several European countries can take part in the EuroDreams draw with a grid of 2.5 euros. Players have until 8:15 p.m. to validate their tickets.
7 times more likely to win than EuroMillions
During last Thursday’s drawing, to win the jackpot, you had to check the numbers 14.16.19.31.32.37 as well as the Dream No. “2”. To try your luck in this first annuity game on a European scale, all you have to do is check six numbers from a selection of 40, as well as an additional number called “Dream”. However, if the candidate succeeds in guessing the six winning numbers without the “Dream” number, he will receive a pension of 2,000 euros per month for 5 years, for a total of 120,000 euros.
If, moreover, he is lucky enough to hold several winning grids with the six correct numbers in addition to the “Dream”, his monthly winnings will be paid up to the limit of three winning grids, i.e. a maximum of 60,000 euros per month. In the event that the winner has several winning grids with the six correct numbers, but without the one bearing the “Dream”, the winnings will be paid every month, within the limit of 12 winning grids, i.e. a maximum of 24,000 euros per month .
Note that of the only two drawings carried out so far, not one but two French people managed to win the famous pension of 20,000 euros. Two other participants, still in France, earned 2,000 euros per month, representing 720,000 euros. It must be said that “ a EuroDreams grid is 7 times more likely to win than a EuroMillions grid ”, according to Andrew Algeo of the Irish Lottery.
It should be remembered that gambling presents several dangers for its followers, including addiction, financial losses in addition to potential social isolation. For this, the FDJ calls for responsible gaming. In this sense, the site www.joueurs-info-service.fr and the number 09 74 75 13 13 offer a listening, accompaniment and support service for players expressing signs of addiction or distress linked to games of chance.
