We are looking for you to join the Department of Theological Education in the Education Department at the earliest possible date

Your main tasks
- Management for the diocesan organization of “Theology in Distance Learning”, including board of trustees, budget responsibility, study days, support groups
- Management and coordination of accompanying groups and accompanying group leaders for the various distance learning course formats
- Content preparation and technical management of at least one accompanying group
- Study advice for new students or interested parties
- Public relations and advertising for theology in correspondence courses (internet, flyers, etc.) in the area of the archdiocese in councils and associations, in parishes and parish associations
- Ensuring “internal communication” with students and graduates through the “Thif newsletter”
- Collaboration with the “Catholic Academy Cathedral School Würzburg” in organizing exams in the archdiocese; coordination of diocesan activities; Planning study days
- Maintaining contact with those responsible for theology in the correspondence course.
Your requirements profile
- Completed academic university studies (MA/Dipl.-Univ.) in the field of theology; Promotion desirable
- Professional experience in adult education and/or working with volunteers
- Experience working with groups
- Knowledge and skills in moderation and presentation as well as in dealing with common media, confident handling of common IT user programs (especially MS Office)
- Due to the co-design of the diocesan organization of “Theology in correspondence courses” and the in-depth work on the teaching letters, affiliation with the Catholic Church is required.
