You are joining our Marketing and Communication Department and more particularly our Credit Marketing department. In daily interaction with the various Boursorama services, you are in charge of:

– To analyze and develop the offer, products, tools and services for an online bank like BoursoBank,

– To monitor the market and competition of BoursoBank consumer credit products and services

– Lead development and maintenance projects for the offer, products, tools and services

– To lead commercial campaigns for BoursoBank products and services (emailing, display, etc.)

Your main missions consist of:

– Market analysis / competitor benchmarks / customer studies

o Carrying out recurring studies or ad hoc analyzes

o Identification of customer needs and proposal for optimization of products / services / tools / prices

– Formalization of the business need

o Preliminary writing of opportunity studies (marketing pre-study), expressions of business needs

– Management of the preliminary project

o Technical feasibility analyzes in legal, risk, security terms

o Support for the decision-making process (for example: support for New Products Committees) for GO/NO GO)

– Project monitoring until delivery of products / services / tools on the website, in collaboration with the IT Department and the various business teams (scope, quality, deadlines, budget, risks)

– Support for commercial launch / optimizations

o Communication and training with the sales and operational teams concerned

o Writing, updating product sheets for internal users and commercial animation of internal teams

– Creation of launch report

o Monitoring the use of products / services / tools, after their implementation

o Monitoring and processing of anomalies on products and subscription processes

– Continuous monitoring and improvement of the web presentation and subscription paths of all BoursoBank products (at entry into a relationship and cross-sell) to guarantee an optimal conversion rate

– Realization of commercial campaigns (emailings and displays)

– Analysis and optimization of transformation devices

– Creation of subscription renewal mechanisms

– Contribution to responding to operational requests from the communications department and journalists
