Our expectations in a nutshell:
– We are looking for people who appreciate autonomy in their professional activity and who benefit from a successful experience of at least 4 years in the sale of new real estate – with mastery of the Pinel, LMNP, Malraux, MH and dismemberment regimes.
– You have a baccalaureate degree + 2 minimum or have an equivalence in the real estate field.
– Mastery of Top Invest is a real added value.
– The profession of Heritage Property Advisor requires regional mobility in the geographical area entrusted to you; and a few occasional visits to the SGIP headquarters in La Défense (Paris region).
