Your tasks:
- You independently manage large and exciting mandates and provide legal and strategic advice.
- As the first point of contact for your clients, you will provide strategic advice and implementation of data protection concepts as well as the risk assessment of companies and products.
- You check the legal structure of digital business models in a national and international context.
- You develop tailor-made concepts for the implementation of new technologies in companies.
- You prepare reports and support our clients in administrative and court proceedings.
Your profile:
- You are a fully qualified lawyer / lawyer (m/f/d) and have a great interest in technology law.
- You have several years of professional experience and knowledge in the legal areas mentioned above.
- Presenting complex issues in an understandable way is one of your strengths.
- A high level of reliability, initiative and a sense of responsibility are a given for you.
- You are stress-resistant and keep an overview.
- You are characterized by a structured, precise and solution-oriented way of working.
- You have very good communication skills, a confident demeanor and negotiation skills when dealing with various stakeholders.
- You have fluent spoken and written German skills, very good English skills are desirable.
