Your tasks
You are part of our specialized legal team for advising our domestic and foreign clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Your tasks include, in particular, supporting our clients in labor law disputes, court representation in labor law disputes as well as preparing written pleadings and correspondence with clients our collaboration platform You observe relevant changes in the legal situation and provide practical advice on legal requirements and their operational implementation. You also support the team in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes and contract models in the context of current case law and new laws. You have direct access to this right from the start Contact with clients and thus take on your own responsibility at an early stage
Your skills
You have completed your exams with above-average results and now have a great desire to actively contribute your legal know-how to us. Independent action, analytical thinking and a methodical, structured and solution-oriented approach characterize your way of working. You have already gained or have had initial experience in labor law Interest in labor law issues and a good interpersonal and tactical feel for the players in this area, ability to work in a team, strategic thinking and strong communication skills round off your profile
