Your tasks
You accompany company acquisitions and sales and represent groups, medium-sized companies and investors from Germany and abroad in strategic projects and complex issues related to corporate law. You advise companies and their shareholders and management in questions of their entrepreneurial activities as well as in disputes Begin with direct client contact and thus take on your own responsibility and independent sub-projects at an early stage
your profile
You have completed your exams above average and are highly motivated to actively apply and develop your legal know-how in practice. Optionally, you have already been able to gain two years of professional experience in corporate law and bring with you a deeper understanding of business. Your preferably very good knowledge of English will help you to communicate in the international client environment.
