Your tasks
You represent companies in investigations to defend against corporate fines and confiscation orders. You defend company decision-makers in investigations in all areas of white-collar crime and administrative offenses law. You carry out internal investigations to clarify compliance violations. Your area of responsibility also includes supporting our clients in the introduction and Improvement of CMS, ombudsman systems, internal guidelines, training and legal opinions in relevant compliance areas. You will coordinate compliance projects by integrating a wide range of specialist disciplines. You will support our clients in enforcing claims for damages following compliance violations. You can expect direct client contact right from the start Own responsibility in the processing of mandates at an early stage
Your skills
Ideally, you have completed your exams with distinction (“fully satisfactory”) and would now like to contribute your legal know-how to us proactively and creatively. A doctorate in the area of white-collar criminal law or compliance is an advantage. Your very good knowledge of English will enable you to communicate in an international client environment The ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and strategic thinking round off your profile
