What are your responsibilities?
- Independent control of sales processes in a specific region
- Responsibility for the entire sales process from planning customer appointments, needs analyses, tailor-made presentations of the software to submitting offers and concluding contracts
- Conducting digital consultation and sales talks including product demonstration
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders, such as field service, marketing, customer service
- Close interface to the marketing team to share customer experiences and incorporate them into the further development of the software

What to bring
- Completed training or degree in the fields of business administration, IT, construction or similar.
- min. 3-5 years previous experience in sales, ideally in the area of software sales or software as a service (SaaS)
- Previous knowledge of construction processes is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary
- High software affinity and ideally previous experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Strong and secure communication skills in German and English (French is an advantage) and enjoy working in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs
- Resilience and fun in mobile work as well as virtual customer advice
- Interest in participating in a start-up scenario in the group and helping to shape processes
- Possibility to work undisturbed with a stable internet connection
- Willingness to travel, especially for regular team meetings (2-3 days in a cycle of approx. 6-8 weeks)
