Our client is an independent boutique law firm with headquarters in the heart of Zurich and another branch that develops tailor-made solutions for its international clients. The company specializes in the areas of banking & finance (including fintech and crypto), corporate as well as private clients and family offices. The law boutique also has points of contact in the areas of venture capital/start-up consulting and management coaching.
Job Description
- Supporting clients in the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements
- Building up your own client portfolio
- Independent advice to clients on a wide variety of legal issues, including blockchain, crypto and fintech
- Close cooperation with the senior partners and the lawyers
- Involvement in demanding national and international clients
Profile
- Completed law degree
- Swiss bar license (completed or about to be completed)
- First experiences in a law firm with a focus on Swiss law
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Potential and motivation to grow personally and with the company
- Interest and affinity for new technologies and legal areas such as blockchain, crypto and fintechs
- Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
