Stuttgart Jakob Johnson’s NFL career continues with the New York Giants. Three weeks before the start of the season, a long period of uncertainty will end for the 29-year-old: since then Farewell to the Las Vegas Raidersfor whom he has been on the field for the past two years, Johnson was without a team. He previously played for the six-time champion New England Patriots from 2019 to 2021. Johnson already worked with current Giants offensive line coach Carmen Bricillo at each stop.
Now the fullback, signed by the Giants after tight end Tyree Jackson was injured, even has a chance to fulfill a big dream: play an NFL game in his home country. On November 10, the Giants will play their tenth game of the season in Munich against the Carolina Panthers.
