According to the participants, at the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Higashiyama and Mr. Fujishima apologized, saying, “We are sorry for hurting you all due to Johnny Kitagawa’s sexual assault.” Attorney Yutaka Kimeda, who was present on behalf of the agency, announced on the 17th that the agency would be renamed “SMILE-UP.”, which provides compensation and care for victims, and that it would expand its entertainment agency functions. He reportedly explained the new company he would be taking over.

One of the members said in an interview, “I could sense their sincerity from the apologies of Mr. Higashiyama and Mr. Fujishima.However, questions remain about the nature of the compensation scheme.We were also unable to introduce all the members.” I said.
