Johnny Hallyday is selling his luxury chalet in Gstaad, in the Bernese Oberland. To be able to move into the residence which belongs to the French singer, it will be necessary to pay nearly ten million francs.
The chalet called “Jade”, like one of the artist’s daughters, has nine rooms, spread over a living area of 320 square meters, three balconies and two terraces. This property also has a large plot, said Thursday Geiser, of the real estate agency Cardis Sotheby’s International Realty.
Thomas Geiser hopes this building will be sold by spring. Such chalets in Gstaad quickly find a buyer, he added, returning to information from the magazine “L’Hebdo”. He believes that the strength of the franc will not discourage potential foreign buyers.
The singer bought this chalet in the upscale resort of the Bernese Oberland in 2006. He made it his tax home until 2013. He is now established in Los Angeles. But he still spent the holiday season with his family in Gstaad, as shown in photos posted on Twitter.
