Johnny Depp’s lawyers want his fellow actor James Franco to testify in the lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard. Page Six reports that. According to Depp, the two had an affair, and Franco can also provide more clarity about a bruise in Heard’s face.

Depp and Heard have been engaged in a fierce legal battle for years: the actor, known for the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ films, is accused of domestic violence by his former wife. The actor denies those allegations, and then started a lawsuit for defamation and defamation. He is demanding $50 million in damages.
