entertainment">„Of course I am under a magnifying glass – which is logical, because I have a head start as the son of John de Mol. But I’m not one to scour the internet in search of trouble. And if I read something, it doesn’t bother me much,” says De Mol junior about the not always subtle reactions to his talk show.

entertainment">He thinks the same about sneers coming from a colleague like Harry Mens or TV critic Angela de Jong. “Harry is a treasure. And I think Angela is a world woman. In the end, it’s just fine if people talk about it, but I don’t care much about those opinions.”

entertainment">The presenter also says that he accepts advice about his program from only three people, of which his father is one. “I have a number of people around me who are close to the program: program director Erland Galjaard, the old one of mine and Jeroen Pauw. I listen to those people.”
