In addition to announcing the change of role of Eduardo Freeland, John Textor, investor in SAF do Botafogo, confirmed on Thursday night the arrivals of André Mazzuco, new executive director of football, and Alessandro Brito, new manager of scouting, intelligence and analysis.
André Mazzuco passed through Santos – his last club -, Cruzeiro, Vasco and Paraná, among others. Alessandro Brito, on the other hand, left the post of coordinator of the Rooster Information Center (CIGA) – he was the main name of Atlético-MG’s intelligence sector.
“Welcome to Botafogo André Mazzuco (ex-Santos, Cruzeiro, Vasco and Paraná) as our new Executive Director of Football, accompanied by his friend Alessandro Brito (ex-Atlético-MG) as Head of scouting, intelligence and analysis. Two great men, ready to work,” Textor wrote on Twitter.
