Sergio Aguero celebrating Argentina’s success in winning the championship World Cup 2022. John Terrywho did something similar, sent a message to Aguero.
Argentina won the 2022 World Cup after defeating France in the final at Lusail Stadium Sunday (18/12/2022) night WIB. Albiceleste won 4-2 on penalties after a 3-3 draw until extra time.
The retired Aguero was at Lusail Stadium to watch the 2022 World Cup final. The former Manchester City player was forced to hang up his boots in December 2021 due to ill health.
Aguero later joined the squad to celebrate Argentina’s victory. Wearing the Argentina national team kit, Aguero also lifted the trophy.
What Aguero did later reminded him of John Terry’s action when Chelsea won the 2012 Champions League. Terry, who was not playing in the final at the time, still helped lift the trophy to the podium.

Terry also did it in full uniform. Not only Chelsea shirts and shorts, Terry also wore socks and football boots.
“Aguero tried to be John Terry completely right? I did it first,” Terry joked on beIN Sports.
Through his social media, Terry also made fun of Aguero. The former Chelsea captain felt the entirety of Aguero was missing because he wasn’t wearing football boots.
“If you want to do it, at least do it and put on your blanket and soccer shoes,” Terry wrote on his Twitter account.
If you’re going to do this, at least go for it and put on your shin guards and boots.🤣🤣🤣🇦🇷🏆💙 pic.twitter.com/Bn61Qdqim5
