On August 25, the world-famous American photographer Sandro Miller’s series of works “Malkovic, Malkovic, Malkovic: a tribute to the masters of photography” was opened at the Latvian National Art Museum, in which his main and only model is the popular American actor and director John Malkovic. Both men also attended the opening.

At the event, Malkovich’s right eye was covered with a patch. Natālija Sujunšalieva, the head of the press center of the Latvian National Art Museum, said that the actor had recently undergone an eye operation and it was not known whether he would come until the opening of the exhibition.
Now the actor has replaced the patch with a bandage – on September 5, he took part in the press conference of the Daile Theater, where he informed about the news of the theater’s 104th season and other news. It is known that on September 15, under the direction of Malkovich, the play “Leopoldstadt” will begin in the theater.
