TORINO – New judicial chapter on the family Lambs. A complaint presented by Margherita Agnellimother of John Elkann, as well as daughter of the lawyer, triggered the investigations by the magistrates which led to the searches by the Financial Police. Margherita’s son is also registered on the register of suspects, John Elkann, head of Exor, the company owned by Juventus and Ferrari. In the next few hours, Elkann, due to the corporate roles he holds, will have to make a communication to Consob, to avoid incurring a new crime: the one linked to missing or false stock market communications. None of this concerns the Juventus understood as a company, if not being a small part of the financial empire over which it is fighting. The complaint presented at the end of May 2023 by the lawyer Dario Trevisan highlights the alleged concealment from the client, Margherita Agnelli, of a good part of Marella Caracciolo’s assets, the illegitimacy of her Swiss wills because the lawyer’s widow would never have had regular residence in Switzerland and the lack of reliability of the signatures placed by the lady on her last will.
