Actors Johanna Puhakka and Samuel Glassar are selling their home in Helsinki. The apartment for sale is located in Etu-Töölö on Oksasenkatu.
The couple announced the sale of the apartment on Instagram.
– Our family’s path will soon lead to new adventures, which means that Etu-Töölö’s love bubble home is now for sale, they write.
The Etuovi.com sales announcement shows that the apartment is being sold for 549,000 euros. The apartment has 69 square meters, so its average price per square meter is around 8,000 euros. According to Kiinteistömaailma, the average price per square meter in the center of Helsinki was 7,855 euros last year.
According to the sales announcement, the apartment is a two-room apartment and it is located on the fifth floor. The apartment is part of an Art Nouveau house designed by Sven Kuhlefelt, which was completed in 1925.
Renovations are expected in the house this year and next year. The sale notice shows that the house’s windows will be renewed and repaired. The replacement of the radiator valves is also coming, as well as the repair of the water roof as needed.

A couple of weeks ago, Puhakka and Glassar got an addition to their family. Their twin boys were born on July 25th.
Glassar told Iltalehte about his family’s repatriation in a voice message on July 30. He said that the ultimate feeling of fatherhood is excitement. He was surprised, because you often hear the words “tired and happy”.
– This is really nice, everything related to this. Emotional, touching and wonderful, all the superlatives that come to mind, Glassar described.
He described that he was definitely living the peak of his life.
While participating in the birth, Glassar positioned himself so that we go one stage at a time.
– After all, it was a wild experience and maybe in some way shaking. Also a really touching, wonderful and beautiful experience, he said.
Glassar described that when the babies then entered the world, it was difficult to understand what was happening. Everything materialized in that moment.
– It’s hard to describe in words, yes, he thought.
A while ago, the new father published fresh pictures of the twins.
– The guys came and revolutionized our world, Glassar wrote in the caption.
– At the moment, everyday life goes roughly like this: meals every 3 hours (also at night), about an hour of eating, two hours of rest and then it’s all over again, she continued, talking about her current baby routine.
She also told the publication how their home is full of baby gauze and sleeping blankets, where the babies can lie down and wonder. In addition, Glassar revealed that the surfaces of the home will be decorated with a new cover.
– All surfaces (are) in milk stains.
Now the family and the milkmaids are heading towards a new home, the location of which has not yet been revealed to the public.
