If Johan ever wants to give his house a makeover, he will not ask for the number of Frank and Rogier. The Veronica Inside presenter is certainly not a fan of the bickering TV duo. Rogier will have to pay for it. “There is something hysterical about that young boy, isn’t he?” says Johan about the 46-year-old stylist. He gives his straightforward opinion: “I think that’s such a terrible little guy.”

At 74, Frank is of course a lot older than his friend, which Johan has also noticed. “That old man likes young boys,” he concludes. “But I think that young guy is such a jerk.” Although Johan knows exactly who the TV duo are, he does not watch their show. “I pass by sometimes,” he says honestly. “You are sometimes zapping and then you see them and you think: what is this nonsense?” Martien Meiland is also briefly dragged into Johan’s lament. “For example, I’ve never seen the Meilandjes, but I can’t switch on the TV or that creep with that tablecloth is in the picture.”
