On Wednesday could P4 Skaraborg reveal that the Moderates’ strongman in Västra Götaland has sent pictures with sexist, racist and homophobic content in a private chat with a former party colleague between 2019 and 2022.
But Johan Abrahamsson has also chatted about his party colleagues, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson and Minister of Justice Gunnar Strömmer. In a message that Expressen has seen, he calls them “his running boys”.
“Embarrassing”
In a chat, Abrahamsson calls the Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice “my running boys”.
The action has angered sources within the Moderates, who believe that the M top from Mariestad has acted very inappropriately. At the same time, several state that they are “not surprised” that he also mocks Kristersson and Strömmer.
– So embarrassing. But it plays with his self-image, says one of them.
Johan Abrahamsson himself initially defended his actions, saying to the radio:
– This is my humor and I stand for it.
But after receiving criticism for his action during the day, from the Moderates’ deputy party secretary Karin Juhlin, he regretted it. In a text message to Expressen, he wrote: “the pictures I forwarded are injudicious and inappropriate”.
However, why he called Kristersson and Strömmer “running boys” is unclear. Expressen has sought Abrahamsson to ask questions about this, but he has not returned. Expressen is also looking for the Moderates in the matter of Kristersson and Strömmer.
