Joey Montana, a Panamanian artist, revealed the reason why he has not released music for approximately two years, the reason, he was in the process of disassociating himself from his record label.
Because he constantly asks why he has not released or when he is going to release music, the interpreter of “La Melodía” made a TikTok to clarify the doubts.
He explained that when you have a contract with a record company you have a legal commitment of certain amounts of songs o albumsdepends a lot on the agreement, however, when the artist wishes to conclude before the end of the agreement the release process Take your time.

In December 2021, the musician reached the agreement, by then he still had some pending responsibilities with the record company (two albums) and finally, three weeks ago he received his release.

It’s like a divorceI was married to a record label and now I have to separate, so that takes a process, which is dilating and dilating, and while that you can’t release music because in the end all your music has to come out through your record label, for contract,” said the musician.
While the entire process for his release was completed, the musician dedicated himself to to composeminimum three songs per day, however, now you are free to release your music.
“Now I can release music, I had to go through this whole process, but it was good because it helped me to have many songs and adjust many things that I wanted to adjust at this stage,” he said.
He announced that in this new stage the public will see a Joey Montana with the same essence, but totally different.
