Netflix continues to advance in the production of the second season of his successful adaptation of One Piece in live-action format, and fans already have more news about the cast.
The streaming platform confirmed that Joe Manganielloknown for his roles in Spider-Man and Justice League, will join the cast playing the infamous pirate Crocodile. In addition, the Russian actress Lera Abova31 years old, has been selected to give life to Nico Robinone of the most iconic characters in the saga.

An expanding cast
In addition to the addition of Manganiello and Abova, One Piece Season 2 will feature new characters played by a diverse cast. They include: Daniel Lasker (Mr. 9), Camrus Johnson (Mr. 5), Jazzara Jaslyn (Miss Valentine); David Dastmalchian (Mr. 3); Mark Harelik (Dr. Hiriluk); and Katey Sagal (Dr. Kureha).
Also confirmed to appear are Brendan Murray (Brogy), Clive Russell (Crocus), Callum Kerr (Smoker); Julia Rehwald (Tashigi); Rob Colletti (Wapol) and Ty Keogh (Dalton).
Season 2 release date
Although One Piece fans are eager to watch the new season, Netflix has not yet confirmed a release date. However, the new episodes are expected to arrive on late 2025 or early 2026.
