US President Joe Biden said today that Russian President Vladimir Putin has become a pariah for the whole world, but it is difficult to say whether he has been weakened by the recent events involving the head of the Wagner mercenary group, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA .
Biden spoke to reporters at the White House before leaving for a visit to Chicago.
It is clear that Putin is losing the war in Ukraine and “is losing the war at home and has become something of a pariah for the whole world,” commented the US president.
