Then Mr. Biden suddenly called, “Where’s Tim” as his incoherent rhetoric deteriorated.
In response to the confusing speech, the announcer added, “Don’t worry, Tim finally found it!
“Maybe Tim can say what the president wanted to say there in the name of God!”
