The White House said what the US and allies would do if China decides to supply weapons to Russia to support its invasion of Ukraine.

This was announced by National Security Adviser to the President of the United States Jake Sullivan on March 22, reports CNN.

According to him, during a foreign trip to Brussels, US President Joe Baden will definitely consult on potential Chinese involvement in ending the war in Ukraine. Biden will also hold talks with NATO and EU members to resolve military actions in Ukraine.

“He will consult with NATO. He will also do so when he addresses the 27 leaders of the European Union as the EU holds a summit with China. So on Thursday the United States and our European partners will be able to closely coordinate their opinions on our message. We believe we are on the same side with our European partners and we will speak with one voice on this issue,” Sullivan said.

As a reminder, Member States NATO plans to discuss at the March 24 summit, the issue of responding to Russia’s possible use of chemical, biological, nuclear and cyber weapons. The US President will attend this summit.
