Jocelyn Gourvennec takes charge of FC Nantes

It’s stupid: the OL bench was going to be free soon.

A few hours after the dismissal of Pierre Aristouy, FC Nantes has just announced the name of his replacement. As expected, it is Jocelyn Gourvennec who inherits the position of coach of the Canaries, until the end of the current financial year, with an optional year. Formerly of the house, spent with the club between 1995 and 1998, the former LOSC coach will therefore have the task of doing better than his predecessor, who had greatly contributed to keeping Nantes in Ligue 1 at the end of the 2022 season -2023.
