Romain Paillard co-founded the Coding Boot Camp “Le wagon” in 2013.
Le wagon is a school for quickly learning to code, since intensive 9-week training courses allow you to acquire the fundamentals of web development and data science. Among the 10,000 former students, some are entrepreneurs (with more than 100 million euros raised by former students), others are hired as web developers or data scientists or even become freelancers.
In addition, the Wagon for Business offers Boot Camps in companies, to acculturate and accelerate the rise in data skills of employees. These upskilling and reskilling procedures make it possible to capitalize on the previous business experience of the trained employees, whose data analyzes are becoming more relevant. Thus, the profession of data interpreter is emerging, combining skills in economic intelligence with the ability to “refine” the data available in the company.
