With a community of 20,000 users, Chance.co offers 100% online digital coaching courses, for “Choose the job that will make you happy”. Combining 24 hours of online self-coaching and 7 hours of personalized interview with a professional, this solution leads to a robust project, in line with your deep aspirations, your personal constraints and your skills. Chance.co combats two barriers that limit professional development. On the one hand, the internal barriers that we have to face: not knowing who we want to become, what the world has to offer and all the fears and beliefs that can limit us. On the other hand, external barriers, which range from unconscious biases (filter of the diploma, the linear path to access a certain type of job, etc.) to illegal discrimination.
