As part of the operational security team, you report directly to the Information Security Officer (m/f/d) of the group-IT group and have the following areas of responsibility: You develop, optimize and implement specifications, processes and procedures to increase operational IT security in the company against current threats Planning, support and participation in penetration tests including measure management are also part of your tasks as well as the coordination and ensuring of a functioning vulnerability and patch management Together with the internal departments of group-IT, you develop security concepts that correspond to the current IT security best practices and check their effectiveness (keyword ISMS) In interdisciplinary projects, you ensure compliance with applicable specifications and actively shape the solution design with your security expertise You independently identify potential for improvement in the security level and drive its implementation The planning and implementation of activities and training to increase the security awareness of our employees round off your area of responsibility Your profileYour profileYour profile Completed University of Applied Sciences/University degree with a focus on IT or equivalent training Several years of professional experience in the field of IT security Know-how and experience in dealing with current IT security technologies, standards and methods Certifications in the security context (ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP, …) are welcome, but not a must Coordinating different parallel activities is not a challenge for you You have strong communication and teamwork skills and are comfortable working in corporate structures An independent way of working, commitment and trustworthiness are also among your strengths You have very good expression and good English skills What we offerWhat we offerWhat we offer Remuneration and benefits: The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 4,032.00 (14 times pa); for candidates with more extensive experience, an annual gross salary of EUR 70,000.00 is planned.
