Coordination of cross-process and cross-system data flows for our customer data when setting up digital customer trips Designing and building up architecture, processes and data services for personalizing digital customer interaction Establishing cross-sectoral data usage when developing new digital services for all group companies Accompanying activities from the idea to customer effectiveness Active participation in preliminary studies and projects at the digital customer interface

Completed degree in (business) computer science, economics or a comparable degree Ideally, professional experience in the field of BI and / or in the orchestration of cross-system (near-real-time) data flows Process-related and technical knowledge in dealing with systems at the digital customer interface Enjoyment of complex issues and a feeling for simple solutions High innovative ability and analytical thinking and abstraction skills Structured working method with result orientation as well as great commitment with initiative and independence
