Remuneration: Our salary range is generally between $81410.14 and $101762.68 depending on qualifications and experience.

About the role
Join the Technology and Operations Optimization team in the position of Business Systems Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors. In this role, you will ensure effective delivery of operational expertise and support for the development, implementation and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors human resources system, as well as all tools and interfaces integrated into our platform.
This is a temporary position until December 2024.
What you will do:
- Lead the development and documentation of functional requirements, process controls, analysis tools and solutions, including enhancements, changes or fixes to company systems, in collaboration with senior management, customers and IT;
- Develop detailed work plans, project deliverables and project management processes;
- Ensure that user acceptance testing is carried out to address potential business line issues and collaborate with appropriate partners to resolve them;
- Evaluate operational system applications, tools and/or activities related to the provision of services to internal and/or external parties;
- Provide technical expertise on statistical reporting applications and tools and identify opportunities for automating functions/processes;
- Liaise with internal and/or external customers, stakeholders and/or third party vendors for maintenance, monitoring and resolution of issues related to administrative systems, and also identifies opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and summarize recommendations for senior management as opportunities arise and best serve the overall objectives of CMHC and its clients;
- Play a mentoring role within the team by providing coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer as needed.
Skills you should have:
- An undergraduate degree in a related field such as business information systems, computer science, business administration or commerce;
- At least five years of experience implementing changes to business systems such as HR, ERP, CRM, or equivalent experience;
- Experience working and/or supporting SAP SuccessFactors, Boomi, Azure, Power Apps tools and environments or equivalent experience;
- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills;
- Project management skills acquired through the management of small and medium-sized projects;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact and work with colleagues, always demonstrating tact and diplomacy;
- Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative) and the ability to reason logically and recognize assumptions.
It would be great if you also had these skills:
- A certified professional designation in operational analysis (CBAP).
